1. Fill out an application at Tempe Community Action to receive 3 months rent and utilities to be paid (may take 3 months to get approved)
2. Fill out MESA New Leaf Rent Assistance application - if you live in MESA right now or Thursdays between 2:00-3:00pm at (480) 833-9200 to talk to a case manager.
3. FOR PHOENIX - The state of Arizona runs the Eviction Prevention and Emergency Homeless Housing (EPEH) Program, which also covers the city of Phoenix. Assistance offered by the program includes rental eviction prevention, money for security deposits, funds for first months or past due rent, and other housing aid. Dial Central Phoenix Family Services at 602-534-1250. Or more on Human Services assistance programs in Phoenix.
